Refund Policy

1. General Policy

ZenVPS.net strives to provide high-quality services to all customers. If you are not satisfied with your service, this policy explains when refunds may be granted.

2. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new VPS hosting accounts. If our service does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund within seven (7) days of your initial order.

Note: Refunds apply only to the first VPS order and may be claimed once per customer.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Domain name registrations, renewals, or transfers
• Software licenses
• Additional IP addresses
• Bandwidth or resource over-usage charges

4. Conditions for Refund

Refunds will not be granted if:

• The service has been used to send spam, bulk email, or otherwise violates our Terms & Conditions
• The request is submitted after the 7-day period
• The account has been suspended or terminated due to misuse or policy violations

5. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please open a support ticket with our Billing Department within seven (7) days of signup. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

6. Service Credits

For issues outside of the money-back guarantee period, ZenVPS.net may, at its discretion, issue account credits instead of cash refunds. Service credits can be applied toward future invoices.
